Industrial Sewing Machine Controller Repairs

When the electronics stop a sewing or textile machine, you need more than a general mechanical service. Precision Electronics works with sewing machine suppliers and technicians throughout New Zealand to diagnose and repair industrial sewing motor controllers and fabric-processing equipment.

Electronics support for the apparel and textile trades

Our work covers electronic sewing motor controllers, embroidery machines, quilting machines, computerised CNC cutting machines, spreading machines, knitting machines and fusing presses. We have specialised test equipment for simulating industrial sewing machines so controllers can be checked before they are returned.

We support equipment from brands including Efka, Ho Hsing and Quick. New and used motor or controller options may also be available; ask us to check current stock for your machine rather than assuming that an older controller must be discarded.

Send photographs of the controller and motor labels, the machine make and model, and a description of what happens when it is operated. Your sewing-machine technician can help distinguish an electronic control fault from a mechanical adjustment before the unit is sent to our workshop.
